In 2016 I’m doing a 365 Nature project. Each day of the year I will post something here about nature. It may be any format, a photo, video, audio, sketch or entry from my nature journal. It could be a written piece. Each day I will connect to nature in some way and share it here by the end of that day. You can keep up-to-date by subscribing to the RSS feed or be notified by email. See all the 365 Nature posts.

Today was the first day of my 365 Nature project that I almost forgot to write a post. My excuse is only the crazy thing that is a child’s birthday party.

This morning when I looked outside I was happy to see the return of some clouds, the first I’ve seen in a couple of days. The skies are so much more beautiful with clouds, particularly at sunrise when the sun reflects off them and creates such wonderful shapes. Here’s hoping for many more days of clouds before the dull skies of summer set in.
