On our first day back in Seattle, I spent most of the day in front of the computer trying to get my photos copied and get my backed up 365 Nature posts ready. The weather is tolerable, not too hot and it even rained a little today, something I very much appreciated. It would have been unbearable returning to Seattle from Scotland to hot days. I took a break this afternoon to go outside and look for some bugs and get away from the computer for awhile. I spotted a few bees, but the garden is looking like summer is already over as the flowers are browning and wilting. As I watered our surprise pumpkins, I noticed a skipper on one of the leaves and turned the water off just in the nick of time to avoid soaking it.
I’m working on the older posts from Scotland and I’ll be posting them as I finish uploading photos. The 365 posts will be a bit back and forth for awhile as I continue posting current days along with the older days. I’m hoping to catch up soon, for my own sake and sanity.
