In 2016 I’m doing a 365 Nature project. Each day of the year I will post something here about nature. It may be any format, a photo, video, audio, sketch or entry from my nature journal. It could be a written piece. Each day I will connect to nature in some way and share it here by the end of that day. You can keep up-to-date by subscribing to the RSS feed or be notified by email. See all the 365 Nature posts.

Today I signed up for 30 Days Wild, a challenge to do something in or with nature, a “random act of wildness” each day this June. I participated last year and that experience was in large part my inspiration for starting the 365 Nature project. Last year my acts varied from watching swallows flying to beach combing and reading outside. Although I’m doing something wild every day this year, I want to participate in 30 Days Wild and share those experiences and hopefully get others to participate as well.

Sign up to be wild this June and if you need ideas, The Wildlife Trust’s website is full of 101 ideas for Random Acts of Wildness.
